Step 1: Describe Yourself

The first stage in creating your perfect smile is meeting you, where you describe your yourself, hopes and desires. By sharing and expressing your expectations, you become the designer of your own smile, while we use photos and videos taken during the treatment to help you clearly visualize and improve your ideas.

The Boston Dental team of specialists will use smile-imaging technology to factor in important elements, such as your age, skin tone, face shape, tooth color, and tooth size.

Step 2: Define your Beauty

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and that beholder is you. It is subjective – it is about how you define your beauty and how you want to feel. At Boston Dental, the principles of our smile design concept focus on more than just teeth—we define your beauty by balancing all the elements of the face and how they work together to achieve your idea of the most beautiful and natural smile.

A perfect smile is as unique as the person that it belongs to, so achieving the perfect smile requires personalized attention, an understanding of facial and dental aesthetics and the ability to design and create it.

Step 3: Design your Smile

During your initial consultation, our smile design dentist will assess your teeth and provide feedback on how your teeth and smile can be improved. Digital X-rays, before and after photos, functional evaluation and digital design software are used to create a realistic mock up over your own teeth to show you what your smile will look like once everything is complete.

A complete smile makeover can be achieved in just seven to ten days. Only two full visits and a few short follow-up appointments are typically required to ensure you receive your best possible smile.

Depending on your digital smile analysis, which uses high-tech imaging technology, one or more procedures may be required.
